What is the best subframe connectors?

I've been looking at getting subframe connectors. but I noticed that almost every one says that you have to move the springs inward or redo the exhaust? does anybody know of any that will work without messing with stuff? like put in and weld easy - the onlything that I have diffent is a 3" catback without the cat. converter. and I plan on getting headers in a couple of months.
