Bolt in Weight jack components

I'm looking for an afordable way for me to purchase a bolt in weight jack system for my 91 Firebird. I would love to be able to lay down $500 for a ground control weight jack system but unfortunately that's not realistic. Are there any companies that sell the component pieces where I could peice together a bolt in weight jack system?

^what he said

You can buy the pieces and weld up a set yourself. If you want to pull the k member you can weld the plates right to the k member and put Te bolts up through the frame into the engine bay.

I am not a welder but we do have a machine shop here at work and I try my best to stay on good terms with the guys in the machine shop. So I've looked on both of those websites before and there are a lot of choices and to be honest I'm not sure what I can use and what I can't. Any advice on what I can use would be helpful.
