Trans mount, torque arm, drive shaft loop advice

Hey guys,

I've already swapped a LS/4L60E into my car, and used the Hawks trans mount, and the founders performance torque arm, and both worked great at 320hp to the rear wheels. Now that I'm around 550 and going to be pushing over 600 soon, I've made the stupid mistake of not changing over to a trans mount with an integrated torque arm mount, as to take the load off the rear tail housing. So one busted tail housing, and a bunch of transmission fluid later, I guess begrudgingly I'm going to have to replace my current setup.

I have been looking at the Spohn 330-PS, with Del-sphere front mount.

Is there any other setup you would recommend or that I should be looking at?

I read on here that some also like the similar UMI product.

Thanks in advance!

Bryan

I would look at switching to the Holley crossmember and use your current torque arm. This combo will get the torque arm off the transmission and still leave you some clearance for exhaust.

This one from BMR essentially looks the same, wondering if it would work...

My Founders Performance torque arm looks almost identical to the BMR design...
