4th gen parts to 3rd gen
I have a 1998 firebird that i want to swap the rearend into my 1985 TA. My question is:
1. I have read on here that the 4th gen wheels will then bolt up to the 4th gen rear in my 3rd gen with no problem, is there a parts i can replace on the front end to make the 4th gen wheels fit on the 3rd gen car? or do i just need to buy 2 spacers? Thanks

Front needs spacers, only other way is custgom brakes and hubs, and that's going to be a mess and cost a fortune.

Re: 4th gen parts to 3rd gen
Anybody know where the best place to buy wheel spacers is? And is 2" 5x4.75 to 5x4.75 the right size. Thanks again

If you look at my rear wheels, they sit flush. I have a 95 Camaro Z rear end. The front wheels are sitting in a lot and rub. So that is what your rear wheels will look like. I do want to know more about the spacers. The patern that you listed was the right size, but thickness can vary depending on wheels.

Also, i have two full coils cut off my front coil springs, so it sits a lot lower then stock. Gonna be raising it here soon.
