wheel wobble at low speed

ok so lately when i go to drive my camaro especially when i first start it and go to back out of my parking space my wheels wobble as if im turning the steering wheel back and forth.... its not noticable when im going straight or if im braking in a straight line but low speed turning feels like my wheel is bolted on at an angle... and ive made 90 degree corners at 40 and theres no wobble or vibration at all

so what in the world could it be its got new balanced tires and an allignment within the past year or so where they did replace a brake rotor, caliper, and wheel bearing.... could it be the other wheel bearing??

thx in advance for any help this is starting to freak me out
