which sphon coilovers will be best for me?
i see on the website that there are two different sets of pro touring coilovers, however one set is adjustable. if i just want a low stiff ride for around town, not for intense use, should i go for the none adjustable or is there a large benefit for the adjustables.
also do the non adjustables use the stock strut?
if anyone knows of links to someone who has these or pictures post em up.
thanks
1986 IROC 305 TPI with a t5 and 2.73's (im aware of the obvious contrast, dont mention it)

all the sets i can find on the site are adjustable. some of the front setups come with struts, which are adjustable, and both rear setups have shocks, that are adjustable.
???
Honestly, after having the front and 2 rear setups, im not a fan of either.

Coilovers are a waste on these cars unless you are building a drag only vehicle. Why do you want them vs a stock style suspension? Especially for just cruisin around town.

im just trying to get a feel for what i am actually buying rather than buying the sphon's and throwing them on and finding that i dont like them for some reason, so just for cruising my cheapest and more obvious solution would be lowering springs, if i want to be taking corners a little more flat i should go with the sphons,
overall just dont want to spend the money and get a crappy result

As for taking corners flat. That is mearly a function of spring rate and sway bar size. This can be accomplished very easily with a stock style suspension without the downsides of the coilovers. Do yourself a favor and do some serious research on this website. Otherwise you will be disappointed with whatever you randomly pick.
I would highly recommend high quality shocks and weight jacks as a start.
