BEST suspension set up

I have 2 third gens. One is an 86 trans am, other is an 89 formula. Both had the performance suspension originally. I just need to know whats the BEST stuff out there for these cars since they are so low to the ground. My dad was thinking gas shocks, but im not sure if monroe and gabriels are the best and if it's worth it to spend the money on something higher end.

Re: BEST suspension set up

monroe and gabriel shocks are garbage. You want a high end street shock, start with koni yellows (sport).

yes, spend as much as you can afford on tires and shocks.
