ive been doing search to try and come up with this answer but have found nothing...i own an 88 irocz pretty much all stock except for a chip n pulleys...my question is im trying to get a very smooth ride outta my roc...basically what im lookin for is to have my camaro ride like a 2010 maro...the hard bump and rattling body and just overall stiff ride are driving me nuts...if someone can give me a list of some basic mods to start with to help this situation and then tell me what i shld do to further make it even better i would greatly appreciate it!! thank you

The SFC's will take away the flex - that's going to stiffen the ride, but eliminate rattles from flexing chassis. The rattles you'll have to trace down and fix - most are in the doors and there's a great thread on here about fixing the inner door panel components, just search door rattles. Stay away from poly bushings, they really add a nice performance feel but they add vibration that you probably don't want. 2010 cars all have traction control that wasn't even a concept yet in the 3rd gen. (This is why the new 2012 Vipers will never be as desireable as their predecessors, the older Vipers have brutal power with nothing but driver to control it.)
In the end you'll have to face the fact that the car is 20 years old and was designed to ride the way it does, all based on technology 20+ years old. It will never ride as 'smooth' as a new car. Park the 3rd gen in a climate controlled warehouse and let your 16 year old drive the crap out of a 2010 for 10 years (which is what your 3rd gen was probably subjected to when it was new), then drive both and see if there's any difference between them and a 2022 car LOL.
