4th gen wheels on 3rd gen camaro
i have a 91 camaro and i was wanting to put the wheels off a 93-97 camaro on it. i came to this website and they said it was possible, i just had to order 2.5" spacer hubs which you can get from Vette Brakes in Tampa, FL. how can i get in touch with these people or is there anywhere else i can order them from and about how much will they be? any help would be appriciated.

Try this place.
www.salesco.com
They have them for a little cheaper than I've seen at other places.
Here's the direct link.

You'd have to call them though. They used to have prices on the web site, but I guess there are too many diff cars for that.

Car: '04 Rubicon
I just got some 17x9 SS style rims for my '92 RS-I needed 1.25" for the back and 2.25" for the front-I got mine from www.skulte.com -The guys are great there. I had some shipping problems but as far as cost and customer satisifaction, I've heard and experienced nothing but the best.

I have 4th gen rims (16 inch) on my 84. Yes, spacers are neccessary. The front wheels rub when turned all the way to lock, and I had to take them off until I can afford new tires, due to that the inside weights were removed 'cause they were beating the **** out of the tie rods. When I get new tires, I will have to get flat weights. Also, the parking brake cable will hit in the rear, so you will either need to remove, move, or prop up the cable to keep it away from the rim, or use flat weights on the rear as well. But, as the car corners like it's on rails with the rims on, it is worth it, in my opinion.

Car: 1989 TRANS AM

Transmission: 4L60E
Axle/Gears: 02 ws6 torsen diff 3:42
ok.....i got basically the same problem here with the rims.....
i got a set of 99 trans am 16x8 wheels, and
an 1987 Trans am to put them on.....
i have heard about the 2.5" spacers all around and also heard about
2.25 in the front and 1.25 in the rear...
my question...is which spacers should i use???? which spacers would bolt on and not adversely affect my alignment specifications??... anyone had any experiences with wheel well rub with either or which do they believe is better....
any problems with car washes?..... any info would be greatly appreciated
