Factory IROC rear springs.... progressive?
I just came in from swapping what I beleive to be rear moog springs. I swapped out my Factory NNN rear springs for them. I found the handling to be improved with the moog springs. The car cornered flater at the limit then before. But the ride quality suffered more than i liked. So The NNNs are back in the car and IM happy.
The thing I noticed was that the factory IROC springs were progressive. I have a pair of NNL rear springs from a 91 that I was comparing them to. The NNL are a linear design, the height/wire diameter are the same though.
I just thought it was interesting to find out. This car came with progressive rear springs from the factory.
