Rust Under The Car

So there are a few things under my car that are rusting and I was wondering how you fix that?

My rear axle and the front tire rods are rusting. The rear axle looks bad enough to replace but im not sure. Can I just scrape it off and paint it?

Take a look at POR-15 products, which I used to very good effect on my car.

Re: Rust Under The Car

Rust is normal. So most untreated/unpainted parts as you mention will rust and scale up over time. And since the cars are 18 yrs or older dose not surrpise me. Yes, you can clean & repaint if you want. I suggest Por-15 for this project.
