We used 1" Eibach Pro kit. I think it looks a ton better than the OEM stance it had.

The paint is C5 Corvette Navy Blue Metallic. I recommended that color to him as it's blue during the day but at night it looks black, unless the lighting hits it and you can see the blue shimmer.

Interior!!....
Recently picked up a set of black leather '02 Camaro seats and they're in perfect shape, and all the 82-84 correct carpeted plastics...more fun to come I'm sure.

Re: "OFFICIAL" Lowered 3rd Gen Picture Thread (Post Your Pics Here)
How's it going everyone, ive currently got a 91 Rs with eibach sportline springs, KYG in the rear and Monroe in the front. Anyone ever having too much bouncing on the springs ? I can hear creaks over small speed bumps, minor bumps are devastatingly loud.
I have a hotchkis adj. panhard bar. Along with all new spohn sways, wonder bar, SFC's + Alston Inner, and hotchkis Lcas (I don't have relocation brackets, are they necessary?)
I'm trying to correct the ride physically not aesthetically, car height is fine with me I would just like to tune the suspension so I can drive it in more demanding situations freeway is ridiculous
Trying to find out if its just my shocks but in the front my car bounces unbearable
I also shaved the ears off the front spindles as I installed 4 piston caliper Baer disc brakes..
Ill have pictures soon any help advice or suggestions would be appreciated!

First of all, your springs are very soft. Sportline's aren't really designed for performance, they are more for a low ride for a show car. Their spring rate is way too soft.
That being said, your monroe struts are garbage especially on a lowered vehicle (sportlines are like 1.5" drop or something right?) so you will, at that drop, need a strut that can handle the lowered car better, such as a Koni, Tokico, Bilstein, etc. There is lots of info on strut comparisons on TGO, some do better than others.
that, the combination of sportline with crappy struts, is most likely causing your bouncing. I would also get a stiffer spring in there because i like a stiffer ride.
Oh and yes at that dropped height, u will need lcarbs 100% to correct the geometry from lowering.. should also get aftermarket strut mounts as well for added strut height, and depending on the height of your PHB now, maybe an axle side PHB relocator.

Thanks hellzwings , I'm just stuck on deciding between which shocks, I like a smooth ride that can handle in harsh conditions, that being said in anyone's experience with these springs is this achievable or should I go another route
To achieve a drop of stock height?
I've read the 101 lowering thread as well, seems I can't find the spring rate of the sportlines so I can match up a set up shocks/struts.
Would you be referring to caster/camber plates for adjustment? Or just newer strut mounts in general? J&M or recommendations ?..
I'm looking to correct my suspension right now prior to engine drop
Never heard of an axle phb relocation bracket, thanks for the info.
My front control arms are still stock as well as the steering tie rods, linkman, idler arm.
Is there any beneficial front control arms I could swap to? And has anyone replaced or revamped there steering componentry ?
I will post some pictures of my car pertaining to the thread as well!!

There's really nothing to gain from aftermarket front lower control arms if your car is just a cruiser. Tubular front lower control arms were primarily developed for hardcore quarter mile racers looking to shed weight on their car's front-end. The stock control arm stampings aren't nearly as attractive as the aftermarket pieces, but they're a lot stronger and will holdup better in an accident.
That's pretty much the same thing with those tubular k-members. Unless you're building a purpose built race car and could actually benefit from the weight savings and need the additional clearance, I'd spend my money on something else more important.

Caster/camber plates is another name for strut mounts, but the aftermarket ones tend to be more adjustable and like the J&M one I have, it has a spherical bearing inside rather than a squishy rubber one. When you get good shocks or a strut tower brace, these are sort of necessary to maximize the performance gains from struts or stb.
Dont worry about the front control arms, they are not a huge benefit to you if u replace them, although they are stiffer, lighter and much better looking than the stock ones, and come with new ball joints and your choice of bushings in them. You could just keep the stock ones and press in new bushings and instal new ball joints as well.
That being said, ball joints, idler arm, center link, tie rods, rag joint, etc. should ALL be checked for play if you have not already. Some places sell the complete kit for what you need, some sell individually, but for steering components buy the best. I replaced everything just to be sure because I had a loose steering when I first bought my car in 2006.
As for spring choice, u cant get smooth and stiff at the same time on these cars, because when you make it stiffer, you lose comfort and vice versa. Its up to you what u want in terms of ride type (stiff, smooth, or in the middle somewhere)

[QUOTE=pearl_iroc;5534670]thats freakin awesome, what kind of suspension are you running?[/QUOTE
thanks! im running coil overs all around, the fronts are paired up with koni adjustable shocks and the rears are single adjustable from hawks, in order to go this low my front coils had to be cut because i put an ls2 in which was alot lighter.

What do you guys recommend for me? I want to come down at least 1.5-2" over factory height, but I have an LS3/t56 combo (all aluminum) which made my car fully extended In the front on the ground. So I'm not sure what to do here.
I will cut coils on front springs as needed to bring it to where I want but will springs bring it down so the shocks are no longer fully extended?
I am runnimg the ls3/t56, aluminum driveshaft, 4th gen rear. I have 18x9.5 C6 Z06 wheels all around with 245/40/18 tires all around (soon to have 275/35/18 or 275/40/18 rear tires.
2" wheel spacers in front (rubs minor) so going with 2.25" spacers asap.
Am I gonna need any spacers in the rear ?
I don't wanna spend a Ton on weight jacks and Koni Yellows right now being next winter I am going to Air Ride.
I just wanna get it low for this summer (might see 500 miles at the most). I drive it extremely careful as it is for bumps and avoid potholes.
What's recommended ?
Sport lines and cheap shocks work for now?
I also have Spohn lower control arms, lower control arm relocation brackets, adjustable pan hard bar.
And are the wide rims gonna possess a problem with hitting the fender lip?
What about turning when it's that low, is that gonna posses a problem?

youll have to try it and find out. whatre you planning on doing with the car? whats its purpose?
many people have cut springs and drive them alot. also it helps if you dont know what height you want the car at.

found some on ebay, are these the same?

didn't know someone finally started making them without the tacky chrome

I ordered these wheels from westcoastwheelfactory. They are 18x8.5 all around and fit great. No spacers. Ran about half of the price in the eBay auction. Great people to work with. Super friendly.
