yet another SFC question
I have been looking into getting a set but I have a few reservations. Most sfc for the thrigen are made from round tubing that bends at an end, which isn't as effective as not bending. Those sfc connectors that are made from square-tube have interference problems with existing compnents.
What are the best sfc that aren't going to cause problems. I just want to drive onto the rack, weld them in, and drive off. I don't want to have to worry about relocating anything.
Here are the few sfc I have been looking at:
Global West: Kind of a high price. look good. Will they have an interference?
Kenny Brown: They look good but look like they are going to require modifications to existing components to fit in correctly. Price is kind of high but OK if they will go in w/out relocating anything.
BMR: Look a bit small and skimpy. Are they good. Looking from their other designs (STB) they simply don't look like they provide enough support.
What about Competition Engineering, Alston, etc?
Any thoughts, opinions or experiences with these or othe SFC that you can recommend, keeping in mind I don't want to have to modify what is already there?
