Neither if you plan to do much handling with the car. If I'm not mistaken, either is a drag shock. You'll want something more suited for handling. How much are you looking to spend in this department?

dont want to spent on koni's or blisteins. and dont want to go as cheap as kyb's. I got some fac LS1 shocks on the rear , so just looking to change out the fronts for now.
But I was just trying to understand what the numbers mean on a drag shock. I have read that the 90/10 is a no no on the street. But in laymans terms what do they mean?

This article should answer the basic questions. The stock LS1 shocks really aren't much better than the stock 3rd gen. Not something I'd want to auto-x on if I could get something better. You might want to look into Tokicos offerings.
