Transmission: TH700r4 with vette servo,hd oil pum
Axle/Gears: now 3.73 posi old 3.23 posi
Help please can i put 255/60/15 tires to 10 inch rim?

I bet no.
Check the "specs" page on sites like Tire Rack. com.
There will be a wheel width range column for each tire. My guess is a 255 will probably fit a 7.5 to 9, but check it out for yourself.

those tires are a little skinny for that rim but i think they would work without an issue.... u could fit up to a 295 if you want but a 275 would be perfect

I currently run 275/60/15 rear tires on 10" wide rims with 5.5" back spacing. I think wider tires would look better but I'm stuck with these till they are worn out.
