Suspension issues
If anyone has some advice I would appreciate it. Alright the car to the left that you see has 171 th. on it . I am fixin to get a set koni reds all the way around, but can I just replace my front strut mount bearing or do I need a new set ? And if the springs should be replaced as well, which ones should I go with?

Re: Suspension issues
I'd reccomend getting an aftermarket kit. They are more durable than the stock replacements and do a better job. The springs choice is up to you. Do you want to lower it or just replace them?

Re: Suspension issues
Well, I have found out today by looking at my upper strut mount that I cannot replace bearing.
So I have found acdelco replacement mounts for two shipped, 160.00 .
And Are those j&m caster/camber plates (with spherical bearing) needed for street/strip car ?
Im fine with ground height with the ground effects . . .
So ill prob just figure out which mounts to get with the konis, cause I do know my front left mount is knocking up in down, so I will replace both.
I am guessing that the SFC from UMI for 199.00 are about my best bet considering im going with longtubes, x-pipe, and duals (hence the reason I cannot lower any more)

Re: Suspension issues
If it's going to be a street, strip car, the Delco pieces would work fine. Just don't get stuff from Advance/Auto Zone. Mine were poo. Either the Spohn or UMI will be good. I think that the UMI design may be stronger after alot of reading.

Yes you can unless it's some really odd system.
