Re: 325/50/15s?

roll the lip and a bunch bunch bunch of banging up front. it'll slow your car down a lot too, those are HEAVY. and you don't have enough HP for them, but they should stick at least.

Re: 325/50/15s?

i got mixed answers to this but stilleto told me they would fit so i gave it a whirl. i did pound the inside of wheel well out on the front they bolted up and never rubbed. just took them back off because they arent mine and my buddy needed to leave. hes gonna let me borrow them saturday and im gonna go down to bradenton. i will take some pics of it then. one more thing i would do if i was keeping them on would be to cut the bump stops off because it is kinda close when i raise it on the lift.

Re: 325/50/15s?

would like to see pics myself.

down to bradenton? it's up for me. Where abouts are you in FL?

I've seen the 325/60/15's tucked decent with some "mini tub" work. That's the comon size on the radial/stock suspension cars.

Re: 325/50/15s?

yeah, stiletto caught my foobar, 315/60/15. Too many things in my head...

11sec - Deltona/Sanford area or further upstream? I would think speedworld would be closer to you. I used-to live up that way in my college/party days.

I need to find some cheap/junk 315/60 take-offs. I'm building a new car and need some dummies for set-up.

If any of you FL guys are going to the big stock suspension race at Bradenton in Oct. it would be nice to meet up. I don't know if I'll have the new toy ready by then or not, we'll see.

Re: 325/50/15s?

yes i live in deltona. bithlo is about 45 minutes and bradenton is about 3 hours. but i will drive the extra time to go to a track that works. i heard bradenton is probly the best in florida. i doubt i will go to the race in oct my car is no where near as fast as the people that will be out there.

Re: 325/50/15s?

tires didnt make a huge difference. i picked up just going to the other track. ran back to back with my tires and the 325s i picked up a tenth and a mph with the big tires. but on motor its not enough gear. but it still looks cool. took a few pics but it was late so they arent the best. i will post them tommorow.

Gainsville is the best if FL, Bradenton is a good 2nd. West Palm(moroso) I always thought was the worst, but I've heard the track in Jacksonville is shiiitttty. - Moroso has the first 100 feet in asphault, the rest concrete... and no, I didn't word that backwards. I was spinning going into high gear over there. Of course there's always the 1/8 in lakeland....if you have enough suspension travel......I think my local backroads are flatter.

Like I said in the other post, glad to hear what it did.
