what SFC's wont fit longtubes?
I have the hooker 2210s (long tubes) on my car. I need some subframe connectors, Is there any particular peices out there that will not fit with longtube headers/mufflex Y pipe. I am running 3.5" exhaust.
BMR sells some that mention outside/inside framerail exhaust. I don't know what this means, What would my exhaust be considered?
I also like spohn's name because I run all of his products for my front end suspension but it looks like the subframes don't have as many weld points at the front end of them as other brands, but maybe this is a good option as well for my exhaust clearance?

Re: what SFC's wont fit longtubes?
The BMR units appear to be the most rigid I have seen. Definatly what is going under my car.
The inside/outside framerail has do with stock routing(not you) or longtubes that run the exhaust fully to the inside of the subframe(you) and down the tunnel. And at the same price as all the others out there these would be your best bet.

Traviz,
I just made my own. I have custom Lemons Headers LT and I know nothing was going to work for my application. I can send you some pictyure if you want to see what they look like.

made my own as well for my headman LT with header extensions and 3" xpipe with 3' dual force mufflers with turndowns.
used 2"x2" boxed mild steel and cut into floorpan from front subframe and cut into rear subframe and welded it all up. still think i wanna get a set of jesters since they run on the outer edge and tuck up well to the floor pan, or im just gona get a 6 point cage lol

Re: what SFC's wont fit longtubes?
I took them to the powder coater this morning. They will be ready on Thursday. I am putting them in on Friday. I'll put pictures up this weekend.
Mine run along the outside edge of the body. They touch the floor pan the entire length of the body so they can't go up any highter. LOL
They are 1 3/4" round and .135 wall tubing.
They look friggin sweet!
----------
Oh yea. I forgot. Also out at the powder coater is also my adjustable 4130 lower control arms (with rod ends), adjustable 4130 panhard bar (with rod ends), and LT T56 trans crossmember.

Traviz,
I got them welded in today. I forgot my camera though. I'll post picture tomorrow. They look sweet but I will see what you guys think.

OK you asked for picture. they were in yesterday but I forgot the camera. ![doh](https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/images/smilies/doh.gif)
Now again. Mine are a bit different as I cut a bunch of my factory frame out so I had more room for exhaust. I also made my own T56 crossmember and TA mount.

Re: what SFC's wont fit longtubes?
I did not weld them to the rockers. They way they are built I can do that at a later date. They touch the rockers the entire length. I did not want to get in to painting the rockers right now and so much flex was taken out of the car I really don't think I needed to do that. I still have a cage to build and more stiffining of the car. If I was not going to put a cage in the car I would hav eprobably welded them there.
The tubing is 1 3/4" DOM. The wall thickness is .134
The mouning plates on the front are 7ga (3/16") mild steel and the rear mount is attached with a two part mount system. The first part was welded in prior to the SFC and is a U shape part that was welded in 360 degrees and form fitted in there. It was about 7" long. Then the rear of the SFC slid up in there and was welded along the sides and bottom. (hard to expain but worked out great and made for a perfect fit!)

Re: what SFC's wont fit longtubes?
I can't remember how much the tubing was because I usually purchase it in bulk.
