Re: Need Help with 3rd link
I'm sorry I don't have anything useful to tell you, I just wanted to know what A-sedan refers to?
Also, try finding Stephen87Iroc's thread about back halving his car. Might give some insight?

Re: Need Help with 3rd link
A typical 3rd link is a mount point that comes into the top of the differential housing and can be adjusted in both setting pinion angle AND utilizing the attachment angle to aid in rear bite coming off a corner. Alot like our torque arms, the length of our torque arm deterimines this- longer is less bite, shorter is more bite- HOWEVER shorter can also cause brake hop in the rear.We of course have no way to adjust the length of our torque arms unless we buy an completely different fixed length torque arm. The nice part of a 3rd link is you can taylor the corner bite and brake hop with angle of the mounting arm, and not the length. Length still does play a part, and the long the length of a 3rd link, the less perdominate changes angling the link will make as an adjustment tool in suspension setup.
