Car Leans to one side
I have a 1986 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 and it seems to lean to one side. The passanger front tire rubs when I turn sharp and the *** end seems to be lifted up a little on one side. I was thinking maybe a spring or something in the passenger side is messing the stance up. It rides fine beside that. I'll take pictures and post them if it will help. The passenger front leans down and the driver side rear lifts up a little. its only about a inch difference in height but it looks so bad. Need Help.

Re: Car Leans to one side
Did you ever find out what it was? I'm curious because I'm in a very similar situation.
The quick Backgound:
Bought a wrecked 92 b4c. Pictures here...

It did have some extra camber and a good bit of toe out.
It appeared to me that it was just the body that was bent up, the shocks (Koni's) and lower control arms looked ok.
Transferred most all the parts for his 92 to my 86 shell as a CMC car.
Replaced springs wik 1000lb x 9.5" tall fronts by hypercoil, 200lb x 11" tall rears, new ball joints. Got an alignment, tie rods adusted most all the way in, but was able to get zero toe.
The problem
Noticed car was leaning (static) Passenger side down, driver side up. I reinstalled the front swaybay to make sure it was installed wik the suspension loaded. Still no change. At that time I noticed it was resting on the bump stops. Cut the 'mountain' part off the bumpstops. Now the driver side has a nice gap between the bumpstop and the engine crossmember, but the passenger side is still on the bumpstop. It's as tho the spring on that side is shorter (not) or weaker (doubtful). There is nearly a full inch difference between the heights of the front fenders.
My only idea is that the lower control arm is bent. Not a huge deal as I have the spare that came off my car originally, but want opinions before I tear the front suspension apart (again). First I'm going to completely disconnect both front and rear sway bars, and try check how the springs are indexed. Indexing the springs is not fun at all. The springs are so short, they are not captured. So you have to find a way to try hold them in place while lowering the car. Any ideas what else could be wrong?

Re: Car Leans to one side
Another cause could be an accident. One of my birds was leaning at one wheel in the front and was high at the rear opposite wheel. All new bushings, springs, shocks, struts, and the lean was still there. Even had the frame checked. Apparently it was hit so hard in the front that a replacement frame rail was put in. It was a half-A job. The different frame rail was not put on exactly correct.
