What is the stock spring rate for a 91 firebird i guess front is 300-600ish back is like 105, are air shocks bad to use and which shocks, reg,gas or air will give best ride, what do strut numbers mean 90/10 70/30 50/50??? Thanks and hope to actually get some answers?! Also can someone point me towards all the items needed to sompletely do suspension? Bushings etc, i already searched!!!

I figured the rate out, aprox 450 for my car, and the lbs is how many pounds to decrease it 1' but still need other answers? and how does height of spring etc effect the cars' ride? WS6 are at about 600 front and 150 back, should I go wtih those? Also should i look into 36/24 sway bars?

Can't help with the spring rates (I've been searching and asking for info in another thread). Here are some things to consider (hopefully other members will kick in) :
Energy Suspension motor, tranny, secondary crossmember, torque arm, bump stops, and tie-rod boots, Prothane A-arm bushings, Global West steering box brace (aka Wonderbar) and subframe connectors, Hotchkis tie-rod sleeves,1LE sway bars with GM poly end links and Top-Down Solutions greaseable 36mm front and Energy Suspension greaseable 24mm rear bushings, Edelbrock torque arm, Spohn lower control arms and panhard.
Spohn strut mounts and tubular a-arms, along with new springs, struts and shocks, to come.
