Slicks and Skinnys, what size do i need?

I have a 91 camaro Z28, I want to buy draglites but don't know what backspacing, etc I need. I would like 15x10 in the rear and not sure on the fronts, brakes, etc, are stock. Its the first time I'm buying slicks and skinnys and I want to do it right.

Thanks

15x10 with 5.5in backspacing or 15x8 with 4.5in backspacing will work for the rear. I'd go with a 15x4 for the front.

Hey by any chance, is your car lowered? Whats the closet street radial I could get to a 28x10.5 slick? Think it would rub with the Pro-Kit all around?

28x9 slick on a 15x10 5.5 backspace

26x11.50 quicktime pro on the same wheel. The tires had a section width almost the same.

man i wish i could get some tires like that. the problem i think im going to have is that my car is so low and i dont know how big of a tire i could run with out rubbing/hitting my fenderwells but i guess i will have to figure that out on my own. i doubt anyone on here has 2" drop and running 15x10's and slicks...

The 26x11.50 would just kiss the fender lip when it bottomed out on the bump stops. I put in those lower control arm relocation brackets and moved the arm to the bottom hole, never had a problem with it squatting down that far again. Try and match up a sticky tire that has the same dimensions as your street tire.

Here's what I'm talking about...
No relocation brackets

With brackets and the taller tire.
