Strut Tower Mounts

Strut Tower Mounts
I took my car to get an alignment today and the tech informed me that he can't align it because the lower ball joints and the strut mounts are bad. So, following my rule of, when replacing, upgrade, I got Moog ball joints ordered. But these struts mounts are giving me a tuff time.
I really can't decide what to do. Spend a ton of money and get the Spohns
($262)?
or the J&M ones ($179.46)
or are the other options, such as sticking with GM ones ($166)
or Moog ones ($167)
or if you have any other suggestions I'm open to them.

i just put the spohn mounts on a few months ago. im not sure if you have any of spohns stuff........but you get what you pay for from spohn!!!!!!!! his stuff may be a little more expensive then other companies, but ALL his stuff is top of the line and built tuffer and stronger then other companies as well. i have a few of his things on my iroc and wouldt give them up for anything else. and an added bonus with his mounts besides strength and even more adjustability then stock, the mounts raise the strut mount up higher to help with lowered cars so the struts have some more travel and wont bottom out.

I got the aluminum ones spohn offers, as long as it's not for severe duty/daily driver curb beating duty I'd trust them and they made a dramatic difference in the steering feel compare to 120k mile stockers.
For street though I'd trust the metal ones. I don't know what to make of the J&M unit. But if I had a choice now I'd still go with the spohns.

Here's a reason (perhaps) for going with Spohn:

Well after a long process. I decided to go with the Spohn mounts. Something just tells me that the design of the J&M ones is just not well engineered. I plan on replacing strut mounts just once, so I might as well go with the ones that everybody raves about.
The mounts are due in tue and the ball joints wed, hopefully they get here in time for me to get it done on wed (my day off), otherwise she'll sit for another week until I can get back to her.
