Identify the noise game!

When i turn my wheel at little more than 50% in either direction, i hear this noise that sounds like driving on a flat tire and it feels like it too. It seems like the wheel wobbles loose on some type of bearing or joint.

Other than that the car drives fine in a straight line or when making slight turns. But when i am pulling into a parking spot or making a U-Turn, i feel like my wheel is about to fall off.

Tire Pressure is fine, and everything else drives smoothly. My dad says its probably balljoints, but i dont see how balljoints would exhibit these symptoms.

Anyways, thanks for the help guys.

it would probably be ball joints in the steering linkage. perticularly the idler arm on the passengerside. the joints take a punishment and when they get loose they can make all kinds of ailments, event eh tierod ends, if one or both are shot the wheel can flop around a bit and drag/push on turns. something to checnk out
