LCA and panhard bolt removal

I started the LCA and panhard swap ritual tonight to find all 6 bolts are fused with the bushing sleeves. The car is not a trailer queen, but the under carriage is not heavily rusted. The nuts come off no problem, but no sane amount of clamp pressure will pop the bolts out and the impact gun just spins them in their holes. I don't really care about the survial of the original LCAs and panhard, I just want them out without trashing the brackets. Replacement hardware is on the way so I expect the bolts to die horribly. Has anyone found a good way to get the bolts out? (Note: I don't have a plasma cutter.)

I had the same problem, i was able to get them out with a combination of pry bars and hammering. If you have to though heat them up with a torch and try again.

Soak with PB Blaster and let sit.

If that doesnt work, only extreme force and heat will work.

U can also cut the poop out of them, but if fused together from rust it will still be a not fun process.

Pressure against the backside of the bolt while using the impact should get them right out.

I had to use my angle grinder, to cut them into tiny chunks. Went through a couple of cutting discs I think, not a fun job.

Hint, goop the new bolts with anti-seize or the poly bushing lube. heck just about any greasy substance that won't wash off will help. Copper anti-seize is my suggestion though.

Grinding time

Torching and soaking didn't cut it, so I think it's severe air tool beat down time. Thanks for all the suggestions.
