Car: '89 Firebird XS
Engine: 2.8l MPI
Transmission: auto 4 speed
what should i have checked out

well my v6 firebird has 210k miles on it, im not sure what has been done to it but i dont want anything breaking on my while driving. im just curious on what i should check out or replace after 210k miles.

Are you strickly talking about suspension? If so, not too much is really going to "break," rather everything will get sloppy over time. I took my car to a local alignment shop and asked them to check it out. they charged me like 20 bucks. I had 3 out fo the 4 tie rod ends that were shot, a couple of my end links were bad, and i needed new shocks. So i am replacing all the bushings, end links, struts, shocks, ball joints, tie rod ends, etc. That should be a very good start for you, and your car will feel soo much different when you are done.

ok, and i posted in the suspension forum but if you guys thing theres something else i should have checked out feel free to say something (i just put a new 3.4l in it)
