Ok here what it looks like.. A long bar like piece that goes for the rear end to the tranny.. the part on the tranny end is making a real loud banning when I go into gear.. whats is it called? and is it hard to get a replacement? My local ( dumda$$ ) Autozone says there nothing that does this.. but I have been under the car and know its there.. and it looks stock..

The bar you're looking at is the torque arm. It's part of the rear suspension setup that is a locator point for the rear axle/controls movement of the axle.
From the description of your problem it's sounds like the transmission mount is bad.You can go with a replacement rubber mount or,as most would recommend here.go with a poly trans mount.
Now the torgue arm does have a mounting bushing but IMHO i would try replacing the trans mount first.

coolram62 beat me to it but anyways:

Torque Arm. There is a clam shell bushing. Different years had different orientation on the lips. Some had the TQ Arm lips towards the driveshaft while others had them away. The bushing is just mounted in a clamshell metal case that bolts to the tailshaft.

You might also check the transmission crossmember mount. A trans mount failure usually ends up in a loud thump on the floorboard under the shifter on take offs and such. Basically to check just do it visually or use a jack and 2x4 under the pan. If the trans mount is bad it should allow the transmission to come off the crossmember very easy.

And don't feel bad about Autozone if it's not flat out on the computer they can't usually find it, unless you get a worker that knows about the car. I went in there a few weeks back looking for a piston stop tool and they tried to tell me I really wanted a piston bushing. Then the salesman said, "What does a piston stop do?" My friend answered, "It stops pistons." I could tell we weren't going to get great service after that.

I did replace the trans mount last week.. I was thinking it was the noise.. but what I have found is if I kick the rear wheel real hard while its in the air.. this torque arm moves up and wacks the inside of what looks like a worn out bushing.. its this part I need info on.. I sat ther for 40 mins argueing with the guys at Autozone that there even a 'arm" there anyway..

I understand. Looks like it's not available from the website at AZ. They listed it as "Torque Arm Bushing". I couldn't find it napaonline either.

I believe this is what you're looking for.

I agree with Fireturd on dealing with the parts counters. What I've been doing for awhile is look it up on thier website to get the numbers( this will also show if the are supposed to have in stock or have to order it - Auto Zone does charge shipping on some special order parts). But have them double check the numbers when you get there.
There's also a secondary trans mount that can go bad.But it sounds like your torque arm bushin is worn out.Do like Fireturd suggested amd pay attention to how the lips on the bushing are oriented
Fireturd is dualing keyboards here with you coming up with the better info.

You have to drill out some rivits , but you want to brace the arm , becasue when you do this the rear twists the TQ arm up to the floor pretty hard too . SO B carefull.
