Universal ladders won't fit without modifications. The axle sits too high up in the frame so the ladder bars need to pass through the floor. Check out my web pages for pictures on my ladder bars.

I won't recommend ladder bars for a street driven car.

universal meaning you'll have to have rear-frame rails and many other things to get them in...

I'll post here exactly what I posted in another thread...why? - The factory style 3-link works better for most situations. - yes, it needs the aftermarket pieces, but it works good.

I already had tubular LCA and panhard bar and I had a Spohn torque arm. The reason I went to ladder bars was that is was the easiest way to install the 9" diff that I had.

I also have more suspension adjustments with ladder bars than I did with the torque arm/LCA with relocation brackets. It's not as nice as having a 4 link but it gives me options a 3 link can't give without doing torque arm front mount fabrication.

I don't argue that. - My dad's 68 camaro drag car is ladder bars. - just went a 1.21 60ft @ 63 mph from a dead idle...blowers are cool!!! - The new chassis I'm building is going to have adjustable mounts for the torque arm and for the front and rear of the lca's. I like the design of the 3-link.
