BMR K member and Spohn CO kit.
I'm looking to shed some lbs and also get some better preformance out of my car. I've looked into the BMR K member and going with Spohn A arms and his coil over kit with the "medium" 325 lbs springs. Would these springs be ok for normal driving, some track use and some auto X'ing as well? Also it says they are adjustable, would i be able to set them to my stock height now?
Anybody hear anything bad about the BMR K member yet, or in conjuntion with spohn's A arms?

I don't see how your going to be able to run that setup. From my reading the BMR k member is not compatible with stock a arms and thats the exact dimentions that spohn uses. So if I understand correctly if you get the BMR K member you have to use his a arms, and if your doing that why not just get the full BMR kit with his coil over setup so you know everything will work together.
I'm about to pull the trigger and get the BMR K member and A arms and sell my Spohn A arms that I have now since I have no idea when if ever he will release his K member.

Wow, this is an old thread. I still have not gone with any setup. I am leaning towards the BMR K member still and using their arms with reg springs. I dont do enough that would require coil overs.
