Stock swaybar size for gta and springs question
Hi ;
I'm going to buy polyurethane bushings for my swaybars however I don't know the size of my swaybars. Anyone know the stock size of front and rear swaybars for my car. Also would it make a noticable increase in handling If I replace my swaybars with larger aftermarket swaybars.
What are my choices on aftermarket springs with stock ride height. I was going to buy moog springs then I read they were more stiff than stock ones even stiffer than eibach lowering springs. Are there any aftermarket springs that aren't stiffer than stock ones and don't lower the car.
Thanks

You're really going to have to measure your sway bars, there were too many stock combinations. Most parts places will let you borrow a caliper. The replacement moog springs have been fine for me but it's a matter of personal preference.

So with the springs your saying you want a stock replacement? because if they were the stock lenght and strength then they would be well... stock.

I was looking for something softer and more powerful than stock springs while not lowering ride height I guess I'll just buy a set of moogs.
Thanks for the answers

Softer and stronger springs? For the ride to be softer the spring would need to be weaker, not stiffer (stronger). Also polyurethane bushings will stiffen the ride, not soften it. For a softer ride you'd want smaller sway bars and weaker springs (aka lower spring-rate). The down-side to this is more float and leaning of the car when cornering.
