Car: Jeep & Camaro
Engine: Hamster power, soon to be 350hp 327.
Transmission: 700R4 to start then a T5.
alignment keeps going out.
I took my car in for an alignment after I replaced the shocks and tires, had everything lubed. Now the problem 6 days later vehicle pulls hard to the right.
I drive on the freeway and city streets 30mile round trip every day no off roading or rough roads. When the tech checked the alignment he came back and told me the front end was in great shape but had to adjust the toe in.
Why would the car lose alignment so quickly if the front end is in great shape?

A change in toe can be (and usually is) caused by the alignment tech not placing the tie-rod connector sleeve clamps in the proper location. On each connector sleeve there are two clamps that prevent the sleeve from turning. These clamps must be properly located relative to the chassis before being tightened.
Otherwise they will contact the frame which causes the tie-rods to bend. This shortens the tie rod which results in a change of toe setting.
