Worth fixing????
Well im not certian but i have a good feeling my chassie is either twisted or bent. why you ask. well because when i put my edelbrock 3pt. stb on the driver side cleared with plenty of room between the hood and the mounts. the passenger side how ever took some cuttin of the fiberglass hood to get it to kinda fit to where the hood sat level.
also my mechanic that does some small things for me said when he owned the car he said he hit a deer on the passenger side. had to replace the hood, bumper, and fender. there doesnt look like there is any damge though.
and i also have a set of alston sfc welded in. im also leanin to cut the passenger side one in the middle to see if possibly it pops down or something. that side was a royal pain to put on, had to beat the front mount into place.
and im sure the my rusted floor boards played a little roll inthis too.
but do you guys think its even worth thinkin of fixing if it is twisted? like if the job was done right to where theres no rust on the car and then straighten it out. every panel would need to be replaced just about.
let me know what u think.
