Torque arm ES poly bushing on B&M changeover kit

Ok, ordered the B&M changeover kit and put the TH-350 in. Then ordered The energy suspension poly bushing. tried 2 different outer torque arm brackets and cannot get them to close up on the bushing so that I can get a bolt in. Is it supposed to be this tight or is something wrong. I also noticed from searching that the B&M kit has the groove in the top and bolts to the bottom (the outer bracket). Looks like the other kits and the stock mounts have the groove in the bottom and bolts to the top. Any ideas or does this even have any relevance? Anyone got any pics it would be appreciated. THANKS
