LS1 brake conversion with a twist
Do you guys know if it is possible to make the new hub so It could accept a 93-02 wheel on it? All you would have to do is extend it two inches right? would this be harder than just using it stock and adding 2" adapters?? tell me if you see whut im sayin here

Transmission: 700R4 - Built
Axle/Gears: 4th gen 3.42
I see what you are getting at... and I THINK I saw one car with 4th gen wheels with the proper offset.... but thats just a vague recollection. I have not been able to find the car again. I do believe he was a member of NTTGA.
Either way, I hate the look of spacers, and would like to have my brakes right behind the wheel like normal. If anyone has done this, please chime in

Sure...you could turn them down to the proper dimentions out of billet aluminum or cast steel but that would be a totally custom design and would be very expensive to have made, more than it's worth IMO just for 2".
