Weight of ROH 17" Snypers

I am comparing wheel weights to run road race tires and want a light weight but affordable wheel.

Thanks!

Are you going to run a wider rim on the back than you are on front? Here are the weights of the rims that a buddy of mine got...the are the ROH Snypers.

Front...17X8 23.2lbs each
Back...17X9 24.2lbs each

They are pretty light wheels. The thin spokes help cut back on material.

Hmmm...not as much as I thought. Those are actually rather heavy as my Ronal Firehawks weigh 25lbs each. GTA rims weigh around 19lbs, so that is the weight I am targeting.

Thanks Kyle, but I am gonna stay with 17's. I am putting massive brakes in the front and they will not clear on GTA rims.

Some of the magnesuim C5 rims might be closer to your goal, but very $$$. Forged 3 piece rims also can be lighter, such as Fikse and BBW, but again, $$$. I don't know what other cast rims are lighter than the Snypers. Ya can't forget that the 17x9's are both larger in width and diameter than the 16x8 GTA rims, and the tires may be another 5 lbs heavier as well. Can't have it all, unfortunately!
