Drivers side wheel wobble

Drivers side wheel wobble
I have been getting this vibration at 100mph plus since changing in my BW rear. After running the car with the rear wheel jacked up it seems to be coming from the drivers side wheel.... The other is straight as a die. What do you guys think? Don't think the wheel need balancing as it has been done quite recently. Also sometimes when I look at the lug nuts on that wheel they look a little skewed..
Any ideas?

are the wheels properly balanced? could the lugs be working themselves loose a little bit?

Swap the wheels left to right. If the wobble moves, it's a bad wheel. If the wobble stays, it's a bent axle. If the wobble disappears, you had an assembly problem (wheel not on quite right).

The thing is that the vibe wasn't there prior to my rear end swap. So if the wheels were ok before they should be fine now. Plus I had new tires fitted and the wheels were rebalanced then.
If it's a ball joint, is that relatively straight forward?
If it's a bent axle what do I do?
Thanks a lot guys.
Also do you think it's dangerous?

There's no ball joints on the rear. Ignore that post.
I don't know about all the rest of that; just do the test as I described and get the results, it cannot lie.
If it turns out to be a bent axle, then the rear you put into the car had (and still has) a bent axle. Not much else to say about that. I don't know of any way to reliably straighten them, it would have to be replaced.
Probably not dangerous, unless it makes you so mad that you go into a fit of road rage!
