Sway bar sizes and torque arm bushing type?
I'm thinking of ordering the polyurethane bushing kit from Spohn but need to ask a few questions.
All questions relate to a 1989 Pontiac GTA 350 TPI.
What size of front and rear sway bars does this car have?
What torque arm bushing type would I require? 7-1609 or 7-1611?
Thanks.

Putting it plain and simple, you're gonna have to measure the bar to get the exact size and you'll have to crawl under the car and look to see if the torque arm lips face away from or toward the driveshaft. There are so many variances on these cars that checking for yourself is the only way to know for sure. I posted a laundry list of swaybar sizes a while back and I'm pretty sure you can find your size there if you can get the RPO code off your car and check.
