Baer rear discs (Touring) noise
I put Baer Touring rear discs on my 91 RS.
When ever I make a right hand turn I hear a "chirp" during the turn. Not constant during the turn, but intermittent.
I'm trying to visualize what it might be before taking it apart for inspection.
Things I've thought of so far:
I had the axle flanges turned down to fit inside the rotors. Rotor cocking shouldn't be a problem.
Wheel lugs are tight, so that has been eliminated.
Car is on stands and there does not seem to be any difference in in-out play between the rear wheels.
Anybody have a problem like this in the past?

Hey Swerve not sure if this is your problem. But I was watch Horse Power TV and they put those brakes on a car and they were saing that you have to season the brakes first before really putting them to work. They demonstrated this by taking the car out and letting the brakes heat up and then cool back down doing repeately increasing the distance.Maybe you can look on their web site to get more info. Can't remember all the details.Hope this was helpful

Yes am in the seasoning process now. This is an intermittent noise, only when turning.
Thanks
