panhard bar adjustment

does anyone know the best way to get the rear axle centered under the chassis with an adjustable panhard bar. i. e. where do i measure from to center it. the car is a 92 camaro lowered with eibach sport springs. the axle has noticeably shifted to the right. any help is greatly appreciated.

It would probably be easiest to measure from the lip of the fender to the edge of the tire on each side with the car setting flat on the ground. Then simply adjust the panhard bar until the measurements match on both sides. (Just a suggestion).
