cutting a 1/2 coil off pro kit springs?

My car doesnt sit where I want it too and was thinking of cutting the stock springs by about 1 to 1 1/2 coils but I really wanna keep them in case. I have the eiback pro kit in the car now and thought maybe cut those springs. Should I? Maybe 1 coil? what kind of ride hould it give me

i think the rule of thumb is 1/2 coil is 1" on stock springs, but don't hold me to that. and IIRC, eibachs are progressive rates, so they'd be alot different to work with...

hope that helps some
