BMR dragrace rear anti-roll bar
Is this also good for autocross and road racing?

I suppose I could give a little more detail:
It has rod end connections on the end of the bar, poly bushings, and studs to weld to the car for the other end of the rod ends to hook to. Looks to me like you could jack the weight off one side and onto the other by adjusting the rod ends.
I guess the Q is: Is it possible to have a antiroll bar combinayion that is too stiff?

YES you can get too stiff.
the other problem you will run into, is that with a huge rear sway bar, in comparison to the front, you will get massive understeer.
what sway bars do you have on your car now?

Factory Z28 sway bars front and rear, I think there are poly endlinks, but I'm not real sure.

a nice upgrade for you probably be 1le bars.
beleive it or not there is a VERY noticble diffrence between 34mm and 36mm up front, and 23mm and 24mm rear.

Is there some way to determine what size difference you want for the front and rear bars? I've been looking at Spohn's set, which are 33.3mm front and 25.4mm rear. The difference is only about 8mm, while the 1LE bars have a difference of 12mm.

What if I upgraded like you said to 1LE bars, and then 'converted' them to use a rod end assembly? I thought about doing it to my stock bar, thinking that it would take the elasticity of the endlinks out of the equation.
I figure it would at least look cool...

Stiffer antiswaybar on the back of a solid rear axle car will make it oversteer. At least that is what I have run into in my own road racing experience

putting to big of a rear sway bar compared the to the front will cause massive oversteer. The back end will wanna fly out whenever it pleases. Which for autocross wouldnt be that good. Though in my situation that would be pretty fun. haha

Drag race sway bars aren't like usual roll bars, are they?
I thought they were more for controlling the uneven lift the car experiences when you leave the line.
The only one I've ever seen came up through the trunk, and looked like a beefy ****.
Maybe we're talking about diff things.

The BMR anti-roll bar would not work at all with road racing it is designed with drag racing
