Doesn't really matter any more, they're all worn out, all of them, they're garbage, they're over 10 years old now. No sense in fooling around with a bunch of used-up stock springs if you're trying to upgrade something.
If you want a great set of springs with stock ride height, here's what you should do. Look up in a Moog paper catalog for the springs for some one of these cars, doesn't matter which one. Go to the back of the catalog and look in the buyer's guide section where they're all sorted and listed by their specs. Find the section for springs of this design (straight one end, ground tapered the other), then look down the list of outer siameters until you find the F car spring you looked up. Now pick out the one part number that has the highest spring rate in the whole group, with the installed height (nothing to do directly with ride height) that most closely natches the one yo looked up. There's one part # you'll come up with that way, wish I could remember it but I can't. That's what I have in my car, it's excellent. NAPA has the same parts (Moog) under their own part #s, you could go there and do the same thing. Then get a set of Moog CC635s for the rear.

Waste of money, pointless.... they just buy the replacement ones from TRW or Moog or whatever and charge that wonderful cover charge for their label... they're not the same as what came in cars.
There's categories of parts: things that you have to buy at the dealer, things that you can buy at the dealer or elsewhere as you choose, things that are stupid to buy at the dealer, and things you can't buy at the dealer at all. Springs are in category #3.

Well to answer the original question, the 1LE shocks and struts are a bit stiffer and a different part number than the WS6/FE2 equivalents. If you're going for performance, 1LE is the way to go.
