Where to get brake line hardware for prop valve
I'm swapping in a 95 T/A rear end and have to put in the Wildwood Adjustable proportioning valve. In the tech article it lists the following hardware:
three (3) 3/16ths inverted flare tubing nuts
two (2) ¼ inverted flare tubing nuts
one (1) 3/16ths inverted flare female "T" fitting
two (2) 3/16ths-inverted-male-flare-to-1/4-inverted-female-flare adapters
Pep Boys and Autozone are completely clueless. Where the heck do I get this stuff??? I'm so confused, help.

but you might not
mebbe you wont need a prop valve.
IF you have the same diameter caliper pistons as b4 or the same wheel cyl volume as b4 you might not need a valve.
The common prop valves sold are "line pressure reducers".
Its a long story and you might get Fred Puhn's Brake Handbook (HP Books) and read up.
IF you are going from drum brakes in the rear you will have to remove the RPV (residual pressure valve) in the master cylinder. This is usually in the cylinder where the rear brake line comes out. Use an e-z out and remove the seat...it's behind there......OR get a m.c . that is disc/disc.
Fitting info.......
you have to NOT go to the drug store but a real live auto parts store....try your local NAPA affiliated store.
Edelman numbers for the fittings :
121003
121004 (but why ???)
130333
258340.
Are u sure the "tech article " is correct??
You should put the prop valve in the rear brake line...if its 3/16" line you just need two 121003 and reflare the lines...most prop valves have 1/8" female pt and have the tube fitting adapters included........good luck.
