well the 9 bolt is out of my buddy's 89 (?) IROC (350 tpi speed density) and the calipers are off of the 10 bolt that was in my 84z.... I got the caliper mounts that came with the 9 bolt so the ones I have will bolt right up?

The calipers from your '84 will not fit onto the '89 9bolt rear.
The mounting system is completely different.

If you have a 89 9-bolt, it should have the good PBR disk brakes, whereas the 84 has the worst rear disk system of all time on it. Why do you want to downgrade your brakes so severely?

You could just buy a set of calipers and cradles (new or used) and you'd be fine.

hey how hard is it to get rusted rotors off. becuz the 9 bolt i got, i need the resurface the rotor even though there brand new i need to get the rust off of the and i took the calipers off and i just cant get the rotors to move. i soaked the rotors this morning with some WD-40 and ill try later with my rubber malet and see if that works but, any other easier ways, that would be cool.

RUbber mallet is good. I used a piece of 2x4 and hit mine with a 3 lb. sledge..it came loose.
