9bolt torque arm same as 10bolt?
I am going to buy the Edelbrock torque arm. Their website states is a direct replacement for 10bolt arms.
Just want to make sure before I order.
Thanks!

On the back of the arm there's a square plate with an "E" in it, cut the E out and it'll fit on a 9 bolt.

we put a spohn adjustable one in my dad's car and the things pulls the wheels now. i would definetly suggest that one. it comes with a new tranny mount crossmember. the torque arm attaches to the crossmember as aposed to the back of the tranny so it is a at a fixed point as there is play in the back of the tranny. it is some what expensive ($400+ i think) but it is sooo worth it.

Why does your broken TQ arm look different than the one on JamesC's car? Same company but they look different. From looking at it I'm guessing yours was adjustable and James's one is not adjustable? If so, the non adjustable one looks much stronger.

if by having a few triangular lines makes it look stronger then i suppose so...that's not the area of concern anyhow. why's it look different? can only assume they changed the design after a few years.....maybe someone can help you with that.
