The factory shim was a .0346 I think. It's just shy of .035 though.

I've set it to .032 with a BL = .012...The PL is set to 20Inch#
I've assembled it, and if it goes kapoo then I get a set of US Gears

@ .032 the drive side look simular to the .035, but the coast side was transitioning to the box shape.

I don't know if you agree with me on this, but since the set wasn't lapped or ran togather at the factory it might have high grooves on the pinion. How else could you explain the pattern never moved towards the heel on the drive side?

Hopefully I can get them to lapp togather. I know to take easy, cause the excess heat that will be generated.

Thanks 'chacane67' for your help!!! I hate that this turd never gave us a text book pattern to toast to...

I let you know how it sounds or should I just go ahead, and remove the mufflers
