What lca's or lca set up to use?

Ok I want to know what I should get as far as lca's. Should I get adjustable or nonadjustable, or get the Lakewood set up of traction action lift bar's? I have a 88 IROC with Spohn adjustable panhard bar, BMR Trak Pak adjustable TA, Chassis Engineering subframe connector's, Hotchkis strut tower brace, and 36mm front 24mm rear swaybars. It will be a steet driven car and mainly used for drag racing but, want to be able to do anything with it. I will be adding a 10 pt. cage, driveshaft loop and Hal QA 1 12 way adjustable shocks. Not sure what struts I will use yet but have Bilstine's (sp) all the way around right now. I want some sort of externaly adjustable one's. Tikio (sp) has some that I may use. Any help chooseing lca's and struts would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like you already made your choice. If you want to be able to do anything with it, get the adjustable ones...Spohn, BMR, etc.

Ok what is everyone using and how do you like them? Does anybody have the Lakewood traciton action lift bar's? If so how do they work? Are they good for the street? Also what struts do everyone have and how do you like them. I just want to get the best set of lca's and strut's that I can. Thanks again

i have heard nothing but bad things about the traction action lift bars back when i looked for info on them. wut i am gonna do is get some spohn, bmr, or hotchkis LCA's and get lca relocation brackets also. I hear the brackets help your traction out a whole lot. no with the brackets u can get the weld in ones fom spohn or bmr and most people go with them but i am getting the bolt in ones from bmr cause i don't wunt to blow up my rear then have to buy new brackets for another rear, but its all up to u. good luck man and let me know how u like them

I'm running BMR tubular poly LCAs and adjustable poly panhard rod with KYB GR-2 struts and Gas a just rear shocks on my Iroc and love the setup. If you want the best, you would probably want Bilstein or Koni shocks and struts as they are better stuff. I will upgrade to Bilsteins eventually but went with KYB to stay close to budget.

Check out my rebuild page for more info on my parts I used during the rebuild and also a TON of pictures of the whole thing:
