Here is what "ES" told me when I did my poly bushing installation;
" Disassemble the bushings into the three components. Press, do not hammer the bushing shells into place. Lube the ID of the bushing, and OD of the metal sleeve with the silicone lube. Now insert the sleeve into the bushing. Lube the OD of the bushing and ID of the shell, and insert the bushing into the shell. When installing the complteted LCAs into the car. Be sure to lube both ends of the bushing and the corresponding area on the car.
Not lubing the center sleeve and ID of the bushing is the main reason users complaing of noises from the installed bushings."
I followed their advice, and my bushings do not squeak at all, even at 15,000 miles. I have them installed at every location on the car.
A word of advice! I initially used way too much lube on my bushings. So I ran out of lube before I was finished.
Another problem I had, was that the bushings were so well lubed that they did not want to stay in the shells before I could get them installed. I had a real tough time with them. So I held them in place with bolts and large washers overnight. Then installed them quickly the next day. For some reason that seemed to do the trick.

I removed the bushing and sleeve as an assembly by using a plastic hammer and socket. Then once removed, the sleeve will be much easier to remove.
