What to refresh my suspension with?

I have an 86 Z-28. I want to get a little stiffer suspension, so what do you guys recommend?
I was thinking Eibach Springs with Edelbrock performer IAS shocks. Have you guys heard anything about Nitrogen shocks?
Thanks

Eibach springs are very popular so you can't go wrong with them. I have not heard of anyone running the IAS shocks though. I am not putting them down at all, most people go with other brands. KYB make a good shock, then you can into the more expensive KONI or Bilistine.

As far as I know, most shocks these days are Nitrogen charged.

With a car that age, there's a lot that probably needs to be replaced. Tie rods, center link, ball joints, bushings....oh you get the idea. Eibachs are very good, Moog parts for the suspension. Edelbrock doesn't offer an IAS shock for our cars yet. Go with the KYBs, great bang for the buck, or if you're fat in the wallet, go for the previously mentioned Bilsteins or Konis.

Follow my suspension upgrade here:

I'm using parts including KYB, Spohn, Eibach, Energy Suspension, and Moog, along with a 1LE braking system.

Happy wrenchin'

Yes, they have the rear shocks (Edelbrock), but just the rear shocks, no struts...
