Carlsbad Raceway and Safe Racing of San Diego is hosting their "Street Legal Drags" racing program this Sunday. I'm planning on going and trying to get a new best ET. Anyone else? Gates open at 8am and racing starts around 9. There'll be a caravan, too.

We usually meet at the Laguna Hills Mall, just off the 5 freeway at El Toro Road. Probably around 6:30-7am. I'll post more after I check with the other group.

 

Yep, thats where we're gonna meet. Take the 5 or 405 freeways south to El Toro Road just past where they merge. Exit and turn left onto Ave Carlota. Go past El Toro Road and turn right at the first light. Park on the left in front of the tire store, I think its a Firestone. We'll leave around 6:45 am for the track!

 

I should be there, I just don't know if with my ET Streets (26x11.5x16). I seem to be running .1 second and 1 mph slower than with my street tires, but then again my street tires are not at all up for the task of racing (barely driving). If I'm not there in time, I'll meet you guys at the track.
